Before my journey into Psychology and Psychotherapy, I had 2 masters degrees- first was piano performance, and second business administration in management. I spent nearly eight years working as a private banker. This experience has given me significant expertise in banking and finance.

Currently, my work revolves around psychology and psychotherapy. While I specialize in high-performance individuals, particularly athletes, it's important to note that I also offer psychotherapy services to individuals and couples from various backgrounds. I also have huge experience working as an executive coach.

In addition to my clinical practice, I maintain a passion for athletics, which often intersects with my professional interests. As an educator, I've had the opportunity to lecture and train at several universities, sharing my knowledge with students in these fields. Recently I am a lecturer at Business and Technology University and State university of Sports in Georgia. Most importantly, I am a mother of five, a role that has enriched my perspective both personally and professionally.

  1. After a fulfilling career in finance, particularly as a private banker, I found myself drawn to the complexities of the human mind and relationships. My interest in psychology was further fueled by my experiences as an artist and a mother. The international aspect of my career blossomed naturally, as I sought to expand my knowledge and share my expertise across different cultures and contexts. I think I am amazingly lucky having patients from all over the world.
  2. Georgia is a land of stunning natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant culture. What I love most is the warmth of the people and the sense of community here. The diverse landscapes, from the mountains to the coast, also provide endless opportunities for adventure and tranquility.
  3. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of empathy and understanding. Everyone’s story is unique, and as a professional, it’s crucial to listen and provide tailored support. Another key lesson is the importance of continuous learning, whether it’s new therapeutic techniques or insights from different disciplines.
