As a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience, my journey began humbly in the hospitality industry at McDonald's in London. I've since evolved into a highly accomplished HR leader, focusing on driving organizational growth and optimizing employee experiences through digital transformation. Holding a Master’s Degree and being Bing & Google-certified, I am actively involved in educational institutes for career counseling and guidance sessions.

What led you to a career in the Industry? 

My journey started in the hospitality sector, where I developed a passion for optimizing talent and fostering growth. This led me to transition into HR, specializing in workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. My focus on digital transformation stems from a commitment to enhance performance on a global scale.

What are some of the biggest lessons you’ve learned as a professional? 

One crucial lesson I've learned is the importance of adapting to change and embracing digital transformation. Additionally, the value of strategic workforce planning and talent optimization cannot be overstated. Building strong teams and fostering an environment of continuous learning are key elements in achieving organizational success.
